Located 90 minutes from San Diego, California—is an award-winning architectural masterpiece perched above Mexico's wine country.

Encuentro Guadalupe is situated on 200 acres of rugged hillsides in Baja California's—Valle de Guadalupe. This particular region of Mexico is known for being one of the most intriguing destinations for food and wine in all of North America. Unlike its American counterparts—Napa and Sonoma, Valle de Guadalupe offers a more relaxed and authentic experience. This property features a restaurant and bar that is open to the public; as well as a vineyard, winery, 20 eco-lofts and an exclusive hilltop pool and bar open only for guests.

Designed by architectural firm Gracias Studio, their design philosophy can be seen and felt throughout the property. Each of the 20 Eco-Lofts is built on elevated steel beams, with the intent to not interfere with the land and respect the natural surroundings as much as possible.

Don't let the term "eco" fool you. Each loft comes equipped with plush white bedding, concrete floors, rain-showerheads, and a private deck made for taking in the views and sipping a glass of wine by the wood-fired chimneys.

Encuentro Guadalupe also boasts more than 30 acres of land dedicated to wine production. Their rich soil and ideal climate has produced some exceptional blends on the property including: cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, malbec, merlot, and nebbiolo. Enjoy a glass of wine, or even book a tour—where you'll get a glimpse of the process and an inside look at their incredible wine cellar.

If it's not the peace and tranquility, or the wine that attracts you to these parts; than it must be the incredible food. Encuentro Guadalupe features two restaurants, both serving incredible dishes grown and locally sourced on the property. The menu is driven by local and seasonal ingredients with a modern approach.

Visitors can enjoy an open air dinning experience, overlooking sweeping views of the Valle. While Encuentro's guests can enjoy breakfast by the infinity pool. Whether you're planning to stay for the night, or just stopping by for the day—dinning at Encuentro is a must.

Although this property is somewhat remote; with an on-site pool, restaurant, bar and winery—there's little reason to ever leave.
